Royal Vegas Terms & Conditions
The Royal Vegas Terms & Conditions cover account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus wagering, fair-play rules and dispute resolution. Written in plain English, no buried clauses, no nasty surprises.
Eligibility and account registration
You must be 19 or over and resident in a jurisdiction where online casino play is permitted to register an account at Royal Vegas. We verify age and identity before the first withdrawal, and we may verify earlier if anti-fraud systems flag a sign-up for review.
One account per person, per household and per IP address. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances refunded after a manual review. Accounts must be registered in your own name with accurate personal details. False or misleading information may result in immediate closure and forfeiture of any winnings.
Deposits, withdrawals and currency
Accounts run in C$ by default. Minimum deposit is C$10 across most methods, C$20 for bank transfer. Maximum deposit limits depend on verification tier and any responsible-gaming caps you've set.
Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. E-wallet withdrawals usually clear within 24 hours of approval, card and bank transfers within 1 to 5 business days. Withdrawals can be reversed within the pending window if you change your mind, although doing so frequently will trigger a manual review.
We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above thresholds set by our licence. We may also pause an account during such a check.
Bonus wagering and fair use
Each bonus has its own headline rate, wagering requirement, eligible games, maximum bet and expiry date, all visible on the promotion page when you opt in. The general welcome and reload wagering is 35x the bonus amount. Maximum bet during wagering is C$5 per spin or hand unless stated otherwise.
Bonus abuse, including coordinated multi-account play, betting patterns that hedge wagering risk, and the use of automated software, will void the bonus and any winnings.
Game rules and fairness
Every game is provided by a licensed studio and tested by an independent testing house. Random number generators are audited at least annually. Game rules and pay tables are visible from the help menu of every game.
Disconnections during a game round don't void the round. The result is recorded on the game server and resolves to your account when you reconnect.
Responsible play and account controls
All accounts include built-in responsible gaming controls under the Responsible Gaming tab. You agree to use those controls if you feel play is no longer healthy, and to take advantage of self-exclusion if a longer break is needed. We may also apply controls to your account if our welfare systems flag a concern.
Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed before the chosen end date. We will not contact a self-excluded player with marketing communications during the exclusion.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints should go to support@royallvegas.net or through live chat. Most are resolved within 48 hours. Anything that needs deeper investigation is acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 14 days.
If you're not satisfied with the outcome, you can escalate to our internal compliance team at compliance@royallvegas.net for a senior review. If still unresolved, you can refer the dispute to the independent alternative dispute resolution service named in your account, at no cost to you.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in law, regulation or our practices. Material changes are communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The effective date at the top of the page tells you when the current version came into force.
If you don't accept a change, you can close your account before the change takes effect and we'll process any final withdrawal under the prior terms.
Anti-fraud, anti-money-laundering and account security
Royal Vegas is bound by international anti-money-laundering rules under the licence we operate. That means we monitor patterns of deposit and withdrawal activity, may request source-of-funds documentation for larger deposits, and are obliged to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without notifying the account holder.
Account security is a shared responsibility. Use a strong, unique password, turn on two-factor authentication from your account settings, and never share login details with anyone. We will never ask for your password by email or chat, and any message that does is a phishing attempt.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact live chat immediately. We can lock the account in seconds, review recent activity together with you, and reverse any unauthorised play once verified.
Inactive accounts and dormancy
An account with no login, deposit or withdrawal activity for 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. We notify the email on file 30 days before any inactivity fee applies, and the fee only applies if the account still holds a real-money balance after the warning window.
The monthly inactivity fee is C$5 or the full remaining balance if smaller. Withdrawal of the balance closes the dormancy clock and no fee applies. Logging in or making a deposit during the warning window also resets the clock for a fresh 12 months.
If an inactive account is later closed by us under this policy, any remaining balance can still be recovered by contacting support@royallvegas.net with a brief identity check. We hold balances on inactive accounts indefinitely against a valid claim from the original account holder.
Progressive jackpots and pooled prize rules
Progressive jackpots displayed in our lobby reflect the network pool advertised by the providing studio. The jackpot pays out in full as a single transaction on the qualifying spin, in line with the studio's published mechanic, and is credited as real money rather than bonus credit.
Jackpot winnings above C$50,000 are processed through a manual compliance review before payout. The review confirms identity, payment instrument ownership and the integrity of the qualifying spin. Reviews typically complete inside three business days and the player can request a phone call from our VIP team at any point during the process.
Liability, indemnity and force majeure
Our liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have deposited and not yet withdrawn at the time of the claim. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any statutory right under the consumer-protection legislation of your country of residence.
Events outside our reasonable control such as widespread payment-network outages, internet routing failures, government action or natural disasters are treated as force majeure. During such an event we will resolve open game rounds based on the server record once service is restored, refund stakes that cannot be resolved, and update affected accounts via the email on file.
Governing law and language
These Terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction stated in your account confirmation email. Canadian consumer-protection law applies in addition to those Terms where it grants stronger rights to Canada residents.
These Terms are written in English (en-CA). Any translation provided in another language is for convenience only, and the English version is the binding version in the event of any inconsistency.
Player conduct and chat etiquette
Live dealer chat, community chat and tournament leaderboards are moderated. Harassment of dealers or other players, hate speech, attempts to share account credentials, and posting of personal information about other players will result in chat being muted on the account, with repeated incidents escalating to a full chat ban or account closure depending on severity.
Players who report abusive behaviour through the chat report flag get an acknowledgement inside two hours and a follow-up once the report has been reviewed by a moderator. We do not share the identity of a reporter with the reported account at any stage.
Intellectual property and brand use
All text, graphics, game art, logos and trademarks on the Royal Vegas platform are owned by Baytree Interactive Ltd or licensed from the studios that produce the games. You may save screenshots for personal use and share them on social media with attribution, but you may not republish our content commercially, scrape the site for derivative works or reuse our brand assets in your own promotional material without written permission.
Notices of suspected intellectual-property infringement should go to legal@royallvegas.net with sufficient detail for us to identify the disputed material and confirm ownership. We respond inside 10 business days to a complete notice and take down the disputed material immediately on confirmation of a valid claim.
